XYNDAA Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Lazy Objects Private Limited (CIN U52601KA2021PTC156153), trading as Intentstack, which operates XYNDAA ("we", "us"). By creating an account you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. Accepting these terms is not consent to process your health data; we ask for that separately.

2. Who can use XYNDAA

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • XYNDAA is offered in the United States only.
  • One person per account. Keep your sign-in secure.

3. Wellness, not medical care

  • XYNDAA is a general wellness app. It shows trends, baselines and insights about sleep, activity, stress and recovery measured against your own history.
  • It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not give medication or dosing advice.
  • Scores and insights are estimates from consumer devices and can be wrong. Do not use XYNDAA to make medical decisions. Talk to a doctor or other qualified professional about your health.
  • In an emergency, call 911. If you are thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

4. The AI

  • Some features use AI. You are interacting with an AI, not a person. AI answers can be wrong or incomplete, even though we check every number against our own calculations.
  • The AI is not a doctor, therapist or counsellor and does not provide therapy or mental-health treatment.
  • Cloud AI is optional and off until you switch it on. What is sent, to whom, and how long it is kept is in the Privacy Policy.
  • Don't put other people's personal details into the AI.

5. Crews and your content

  • You own what you post (comments, workout titles). You give us a limited licence to store and show it to the crews you choose, only to run XYNDAA.
  • Don't post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexual, threatening, or someone else's private information. Don't scrape, impersonate or try to see data that isn't shared with you.
  • Anyone can report or block. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

6. Connected devices and services

When you connect Garmin, WHOOP, Polar, Oura, Fitbit (Google) or Apple Health, their own terms also apply to your account with them. We may have to stop or limit a connection if that company changes its terms or access. Not every device is supported.

7. Plans and payment

  • XYNDAA will have a free plan, which may include usage limits (for example a monthly limit on AI questions). A paid plan may be offered later.
  • We have not set prices, trial periods or limits yet. We will show them in the app, and add them to these terms, before you are asked to pay anything.
  • Paid subscriptions are bought and managed through Apple's App Store, and Apple's terms govern payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds.

8. Your data

You can export your data and delete your account at any time, in the app or on the web. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and ending

  • We may change XYNDAA or these terms. For material changes we will tell you in the app before they take effect.
  • You can stop using XYNDAA and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

10. Disclaimers and limits

XYNDAA is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the app. We will add our full disclaimer and limitation-of-liability terms before XYNDAA launches.

11. Governing law and disputes

We will set out which law governs these terms and how disputes are resolved before XYNDAA launches, and update these terms.
